Each Vastralika piece is created with dedicated craftsmanship and carefully finished before dispatch. As a made-to-order label, every order is specially prepared after confirmation and undergoes strict quality inspection.

Made-to-Order Policy

Since your piece is prepared exclusively for you, returns or exchanges based on personal preferences are not applicable. This includes change of mind, color expectations, fabric feel or minor variations in weave or finish.

Color & Natural Variations

Slight variations in shade may occur due to lighting or screen settings and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

In the rare event of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video.

Upon verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution, including replacement where applicable.

Order Cancellation

As preparation begins immediately after confirmation, cancellations are not possible once processing has started or after dispatch.
