At Vastralika, every order is handled with precision and care. Each piece undergoes careful inspection and secure packaging to ensure it reaches you in impeccable condition.

1. Order Confirmation & Payment

Vastralika accepts prepaid orders only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization. Once confirmed, processing begins immediately. As preparation begins immediately after confirmation, cancellations are not possible once processing has started or after dispatch.

Why We Do Not Offer Cash on Delivery (COD)

At Vastralika, every piece is specially prepared after your order is placed. As we follow a made-to-order model to maintain quality, exclusivity and dedicated production for each customer, we operate on a prepaid-only basis.

This allows us to:

  • Begin preparation without delay
  • Avoid cancellations after processing
  • Maintain strict quality control standards

We appreciate your understanding and support.

2. Processing & Dispatch Timeline

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Every product undergoes quality inspection before dispatch.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

During festive seasons or high-demand periods, dispatch timelines may extend slightly. We appreciate your understanding.

3. Complimentary Shipping Within India 🇮🇳

We are pleased to extend complimentary shipping across India on all prepaid orders. There are no hidden shipping charges at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier coverage and accessibility.

4. Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)

Our courier partners may attempt delivery up to two times.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The shipment may be returned to us (RTO). Re-dispatch charges may apply. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

5. Secure Packaging

All orders are securely packed to ensure product safety during transit. We recommend customers record an unboxing video at the time of delivery for any damage-related claims.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become active.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number.

7. Damaged, Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share order details and supporting evidence (if applicable)

We will coordinate with our courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

Vastralika is not liable for delays caused by courier disruptions, weather conditions, natural events, strikes or government restrictions beyond our control.

8. Non-Serviceable Locations

Delivery is subject to courier partner coverage. In rare cases where delivery is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

9. International Shipping (Future Expansion)

Currently, Vastralika primarily serves customers within India. If international shipping is introduced, applicable charges and customs responsibilities will be clearly displayed at checkout.
